How To Cook Gingerbread Cake With Bananas And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Gingerbread cake with bananas and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

700 - 800 grams of gingerbread

cream with a fat content of at least 25% (the higher the fat content, the more airy cream will be obtained)

100 - 150 grams of sugar

2 - 3 bananas (to taste)

100 grams of milk or bitter chocolate

Method of preparation :

Cut the gingerbreads into 2-3 layers depending on their size. Save all the pieces and crumbs that form when cut.

Mix the sugar with the cream in a dry bowl and beat for 10-15 minutes until the cream thickens. For a thicker consistency you can put a few drops of lemon juice or a teaspoon of yogurt without fruit.

Cut the bananas into circles.

Take a suitable dish and arrange a "tray" of gingerbread. For the base it is good to use the flat hour of them (bottom). The same goes for the middle "swamp". Fill the gaps between the pieces with crumbs and broken parts when cutting. Smear the base with cream, arrange banana rings and cream again. Proceed in the same way with the second layer. Finish with a row of gingerbread (third layer). Spread the remaining amount of cream on the surface and walls of the cake so that they are not visible.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the dessert. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak.

Tip :

Use cocoa or vanilla gingerbread without flavors and fillings.

Enjoy your meal!
