Mix powdered sugar with cream. Cut the gingerbread into 3-4 mm thick pieces and the bananas 1-2 mm thick, roast the walnuts in a dry pan and cut with a knife.
Use a tray suitable in size and shape, cover the inside with plastic wrap. Dip the gingerbread in the cream and put a layer of it in the bowl. Next is a row of banana pieces, sprinkle with walnuts. Repeat the arrangement several times (until the quantities of products run out).
If you prefer a juicier cake, use more cream.
Squeeze the dessert with your hands to settle and store in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove and turn over on a suitable container. Remove the plastic wrap and all you have to do is decorate the cake of your choice.
