  • 230 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Beat with a mixer on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Increase the speed and continue to beat for another 2-3 minutes until a light and fluffy cream.
  • Use the icing for cake, cupcakes, sweets or other favorite temptations.
