Learn how to cook "Glazed pork ribs with honey, mustard and beer". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 kg pork ribs
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons salt
5-6 cloves garlic
50 milliliters oil

For glazing:

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard (sauce)
150 milliliters of dark beer
1 teaspoon BBQ
sauce 6 drops Tabasco sauce

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the ribs. Cut the meat and fat that "hang" outside them, because they will burn during cooking. The meat coating on the ribs must be even. Cut them into 3-4 pieces.

Make the marinade by mixing coriander, black and red pepper, salt. Stir, add the crushed garlic cloves and pour the oil. Coat the ribs with the aromatic combination, close the container with a lid and leave to taste for 30-50 minutes.

Then arrange them on the barbecue grill and smoke them for 15-20 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, make the glaze. Mix the two types of sauce in a suitable container, add honey, mustard and pour the beer. Stir and apply with a brush on the ribs.

Apply them 2-3 times, turning in the meantime.

When a beautiful shiny crust appears, the dish is ready. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
