Method of preparation:
In a blender bowl, mix the almonds, walnuts, dates and butter. Beat until sticky. Spread it on a tray with a spatula and cool for half an hour.
Make the caramel layer by mixing and beat the honey, butter and dates to a creamy mixture.
Spread it on the base and put it back in a cool place. Finally, make the last layer by melting the almond oil mixed with cocoa in a saucepan or pan. Put the dates, natural cocoa, honey in a blender and pour the liquid oils.
Blend until smooth and spread the cream. Cool the dessert for at least two hours, cut and serve. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts or almonds if desired. Enjoy!
