How To Cook Gluten-free Muffins With Apple And Brown Sugar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Gluten-free muffins with apple and brown sugar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tea cup quality brown sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup whole yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple juice (preferably home-squeezed)
  • 2 whole eggs (broken) + 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (liquid)
  • 1 large apple, grated
  • 1/2 cup walnuts - coarsely crushed

Method of preparation :

Mix the egg whites together with the apple so that it does not turn brown until it is time to use it.

Grind the oatmeal into flour using a food processor or coffee grinder. If you use a coffee grinder, you may need to grind the flour into several batches. Mix the spring flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix.

Beat eggs, milk, apple juice, oil and vanilla. Combine with spring nut flour.

You should add the walnuts and grated apple.

Distribute in muffin tins in which you have previously placed pieces of paper and fill 3/4 of them (these muffins will not swell too much, so fill the tins easily).

Bake until dry stick at 175 degrees. Serve chilled apple muffins, preferably as an afternoon snack.
