Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 450 grams of minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour with baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 3 eggs

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a pie pan. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced beef and onion, stirring often, until the minced meat is cooked through. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pie pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

In a bowl, beat the gluten-free flour with baking powder, milk and eggs until smooth and pour over the pie. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool, cut into pieces and serve.
