Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4-8 onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 sardines in olive oil (canned)
  • the juice of 1 small lemon
  • sea ​​salt and freshly ground black pepper

for the dough:

  • 225 grams of gluten-free flour (if you don't have a gluten problem, use it normally)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 160 milliliters of warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for about 5 minutes, then cover and cook for another 25-30 minutes until caramelized.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.

Mix the milk, eggs, vinegar and oil and combine the two mixtures, knead a soft dough.

Peel a small ball from the dough and flatten it with your palms to make small loaves. Put onions on them.

Drain the sardines and mash them with a fork, spread them on the onion.

Squeeze the lemon juice on the pizzas, season with pepper and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for about an hour.

Turn the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
