Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of rice flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon condensed milk
  • 40 grams of fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons almond liqueur
  • pinch of salt
  • frying fat
  • powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 30 grams of candied orange peel

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the condensed milk and activate the yeast by placing it in a bowl and add one tablespoon of sugar, two tablespoons of rice flour and 3 tablespoons of warmed milk. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar in another bowl, add the prepared yeast, add the butter, the remaining milk, flour and salt.

Knead and make a dough. Leave to rise and divide into small balls. Cover them with a damp cloth and wait for them to double in volume again. Heat more fat and fry the donuts.

When ready, drain them on a kitchen roll and leave to cool. In a saucepan, mix the water, bring to a boil and add the powdered sugar and liqueur. Dip the donuts in the mixture and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with orange peel and serve.
