Necessary products:

flour from rice, buckwheat, millet, corn

isolated soy protein

sesame

Method of preparation:

Mix isolated soy protein (30%) and equal parts of other flours (70%), add water and spices. Stir until a slightly thick mixture is formed. Then form cakes 1 - 1.5 cm thick, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and put in the oven at a temperature of 150 to 170 degrees for half an hour.
