In a bowl, mix the three types of flour, dissolve the yeast in the water and add salt, sugar and olive oil. Stir and add the mixture to the flour. Make dough and leave it to rise.
Roll out the crust and place it in a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the marshmallows with tomato paste, sprinkle with oregano, basil and garnish with a few chopped tomatoes.
Garnish the pizza with olives, chopped mushrooms, onions and cheese. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut the pizza, serve and garnish with a sauce of your choice.
