Required products :
170 grams of sweet steamed corn
200 grams of fresh goat cheese
100 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
1.5 tablespoons of liquid honey
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar a
few sponge cakes or biscuits
Method of preparation :
Beat the pre-chilled cream with the powdered sugar until you get a foam, which you mix thoroughly with the goat cheese.
Finely chop the rosemary and add the honey. Stir.
At the bottom of a suitable cup or bowl put corn, cheese mousse on it and pour honey.
Cut the biscuits into small pieces or break them. Sprinkle the finished dessert with them and serve.
