homemade bread and olive oil for serving pate.
Method of preparation :
Make cross-cuts on the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for three minutes, then rinse with cold and peel.
cut them in four, clean the seeds with the liquid, and cut the meat into pieces and grind (with a blender).
Cut the cheese and crush or grate it. Add it to the tomato puree, pour olive oil, add the hot pepper.
Beat until you get the desired consistency.
Cut the bread into slices, toast them, sprinkle with olive oil and spread with pate.
