1 cup fresh milk
1 teaspoon flour

Method of preparation:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, place on the stove and add the butter.
Wait until the butter melts and the milk boils.
Pour the flour, reduce the heat to a minimum and quickly knead the dough.
The principle is the same as for eclairs. It turns out as in the picture. After a few minutes, start adding the eggs one by one. You can mix with a mixer. Add a pinch of salt and grated yellow cheese. Scoop a teaspoon of the mixture and place the future rolls in a tray at some distance from each other. This amount of dough is enough to make about 20 - 25 pieces. Grease the dish you are using with oil or line it with baking paper. Place the snacks in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Do not open the oven for the first 15 minutes. When the rolls turn red, you can begin to gradually reduce the temperature.
If you want, before you put the rolls to bake, sprinkle them with sesame or sunflower seeds.
