There is almost no person who does not like pasta in any form. But there is nothing to lie, the magic of the dish happens thanks to the sauce. If you are tired of tomato sauce, prepare a gentle sauce of gorgonzola and mascarpone.

Method of preparation :
First, place the cheeses (mascarpone and gorgonzola) in a saucepan, stir and gradually heat on low heat to combine.
Add the butter and wait for all the products to become a sauce.
Season with Italian spice, salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta and immediately pour the sauce while it is hot (you can replace the pasta with vegetables).
