Necessary products:

 

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 150 grams of boiled or frozen peas
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 red pepper, cleaned and finely chopped
  • 400-500 grams of pork or beef
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 200 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • salt, pepper
  • 2-3 grains of allspice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • olive oil or oil for frying
  • 1 tea glass of red wine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2-3 stalks of chopped chervil

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 250-300 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a clay pot, in a bowl combine the flour with the water and prepare the dough. With its help you will close the casserole just before baking. Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the meat. When ready, drain and put it in the pot.
