Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 coffee cups sugar
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 packet of cinnamon
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3-4 teaspoons of flour

Method of preparation :

  • In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer.
  • Add the oil, honey and cinnamon and mix well again.
  • Sift the flour and pour some of it into the mixture, and sprinkle with baking powder on top.
  • Use a dough mixer or wooden spoon to stir.
  • Gradually add the remaining flour until you get a soft and smooth dough. If necessary, add more flour - the dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.
  • Tear off a ball as big as a fist and roll it on a floured surface.
  • Use molds to make gingerbread.

  • Arrange them in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
  • Wait for them to cool before serving.

Note!

The amount of flour depends on the eggs, the consistency of the honey and the size of the coffee cups, so you may need to add as much of it as needed.

Enjoy!
