Required products :

1 kilogram of grapes

2 liters of water

2 lemons

1.5 kilograms of sugar

50 grams of mint

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the grapes, take only the fruit from the bunch and dry them. Wash and dry the lemons as well, cut them into thin circles. Make a syrup by bringing 2 liters of water to a boil and adding sugar to it. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes. Pour the hot syrup over the grapes, add the mint and lemons, cook for 5 minutes.

Distribute the compote in sterilized jars, pasteurize at 80 degrees for 15 minutes for one-liter jars, and if you use three-liter - 25 - 30 minutes. Then close and allow the compote to cool.
