Necessary products:

1 kg of white grapes (large and not overripe)

1 kg of sugar

0.500 liters of water

1.5 grams of citric acid

Method of preparation:

Wash the grapes, dry them and clean the seeds. Boil syrup from the water and sugar, put the grapes in it and cook on low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking add citric acid. Wait for the jam to cool a bit, fill it into jars and close them.

You can add indrishe if you like its aroma, and some add crushed walnuts.
