Required products :

  • 1 kilogram of grapes
  • 700 grams of sugar per liter of juice
  • 500 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation :

The grapes must never be overripe. Wash it well and boil the beans in half a liter of water for 15 minutes.

Grind the fruit by passing it through a sieve, then strain the flesh through 2-3 layers of gauze.

Mix the juice and water in a bowl, add sugar, according to the amount of liquid obtained (700 grams per liter).

Cook for half an hour on medium heat, periodically removing the foam that forms. During this time, the syrup will reduce its volume 2 times.

When removed from the heat, immediately distribute in dry warm jars. Arrange them in a saucepan of water and cook for 10 minutes (for jars with a capacity of 0.5 liters).

Then close and allow to cool.
