Learn how to cook "Grated cheesecake with cream cheese and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

230 grams of flour
110 grams of butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk

For the stuffing:

500 grams of cream cheese
2 eggs
150 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees. Grease a suitable baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the butter, cocoa, sugar and pour 2 tablespoons of milk. Knead the dough, shape it into a ball and put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours. It should harden as much as possible so that you can grate it easily afterwards.

Mix the cream cheese with the yolks, add a spoonful of grated lemon peel, the same amount of vanilla sugar and cornstarch. Using a mixer, beat the products for at least 2 minutes.

Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff, then combine with the cream.

Take the dough out of the freezer, divide it into two parts and grate one of them. Distribute in the prepared form and on this base apply the filling evenly.

Grate the rest of the dough, this will be the third layer of the future cheesecake.

Bake the dessert for about 45-50 minutes in the preheated oven.

Wait for it to cool and then serve.

Enjoy your meal!
