Required products :

3/4 teaspoon melted butter
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 eggs
2 packets vanilla sugar
1/4 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon coconut shavings
1 teaspoon ground almonds (you can use walnuts)
1 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
500 grams of thick jam of your choice

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees.

Beat the eggs, butter and sugar (including vanilla) with a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes (until the mixture is completely homogeneous).

Then gradually add the flour, coconut shavings, a little salt, ground almonds, oatmeal and cinnamon, kneading a soft homogeneous dough. It will stick a little on your hands, but that shouldn't bother you.

Divide it into two parts, one 2 times smaller than the other. Put the small part in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Spread the remaining dough on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish measuring approximately 30 x 20 cm. Pre-grease the pan with oil. Smear this base with your favorite jam.

Then take the reserved dough out of the fridge and grate it on top.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven until well browned (20-35 minutes).

When you take it out, let it cool enough to put in the fridge for a while.

Enjoy your meal!
