How To Cook Grated Potato Casserole With Minced Fish And Sour Cream - Recipe

Required products :

4 potatoes
300 grams minced fish
1 onion
1 carrot
sour cream to taste
salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and put half of it in a pan. This is the first layer of the future casserole. Spread the minced fish on it, to which you have added the grated onion and carrot. You can dare together. Season to taste.

It's time for the rest of the potatoes and spread plenty of sour cream on top.

Sprinkle with green spices and place the dish for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and let the casserole cook for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are ready. A golden crust will form on the surface.
