How To Cook Grated Potato Meatballs With Yellow Cheese And Dill (Oven) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • pepper
  • left
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and sauté in oil until soft and slightly red.

Peel and wash the potatoes, grate them coarsely and add the softened butter, fried onions, eggs, butter, grated cheese, spices and stir.

You can add dill at this stage or sprinkle ready-made meatballs with it before serving.

Make meatballs from the mixture and arrange them in a greased pan. Bake until golden brown (about 40 minutes) in the oven, which must be preheated to 180-200 degrees (turn the meatballs on the other side after about 25 minutes from the start of baking).

Serve with dill and sour cream.
