How To Cook Grated Zucchini Meatballs And Milk Corn With Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup boiled milk corn
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 cup flour mixed with baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • vegetable fat for frying

For serving:

  • 1/3 tea cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • fresh basil stalks optional


Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini with the pre-cooked corn kernels, chopped onion, egg, baking powder and milk. Season and stir.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop out the mixture with a large spoon and pour into the bowl. In this way, make meatballs, fry on both sides until golden.

Serve with cream and cherry tomato slices.
