How To Cook Greek Salad With Tortellini And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 packets (of 250 grams) tortellini with cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1 large cucumber - cut into crescents
  • 1/2 red onion - finely chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives - boned
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons feta cheese (or cow's cheese)
  • 1/3 tea cup chopped fresh dill

for dressing:

  • 2/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 1/3 tea cup of wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the tortellini according to the instructions on the package and strain them.

Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, spices - oregano, thyme, garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, cucumber, olives and dill. Stir and add the tortellini and stir again.

Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
