Required products :
250 grams of natural yogurt
250 grams of sour cream
300 grams of fresh spinach, parsley, green onions, lettuce, tarragon or other favorite
similar plants
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the eggs firmly, cut them in half and remove the yolks, which you mash together with the olive oil in a suitable small bowl.
Cut the egg whites into small pieces and mix them with the yoghurt and cream. Add the chopped spinach, parsley or anything else of your choice.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, add vinegar and stir. Then mix with the mashed yolks with olive oil and mix everything again.
The sauce is ready.
