How To Cook Green Dressing With Anchovies For Summer Salads - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2-4 anchovies
  • clove garlic
  • 3/4 tea cup of mayonnaise and cream (sourdough)
  • 1/2 cup parsley (fresh and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tarragon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • black pepper and salt

 

Method of preparation :

Put the anchovies, garlic and green spices (parsley, tarragon, green onions) in a blender bowl, add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise and sour cream, pour freshly squeezed citrus juice and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Beat all ingredients until smooth. A food processor is also suitable for this purpose.

The dressing is suitable for flavoring green salads. Store in a tightly closed jar for about a week.
