Required products :
4 boiled eggs
250 grams of cream
250 grams of natural yogurt
3 tablespoons olive oil
100 grams of spinach
100 grams of parsley
50 grams of green onions
50 grams of dill
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the boiled eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash them together with olive oil. Wash spinach, parsley, green onions and dill and chop finely in a separate bowl. Chop the egg whites and mix with the cream and yoghurt. Pour green spices over them, season with salt and pepper, pour a little wine vinegar. Mix everything carefully. Add the yolks, stir again.
The green sauce is ready. It is served with meat and fish appetizers.
