Cut the zucchini into thin straws (if the peel is not very hard and thick, do not peel it), add chopped garlic, a little lemon juice and salt to taste. Leave for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into straws and chop the lettuce, sorrel, celery, dill and parsley. If desired, you can use green onions or leeks.
Mix the vegetables, season with olive oil and serve the salad with sliced boiled eggs.
