Required products :

350 grams of flour
200 milliliters of water
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil (can be replaced with sunflower)
1 bunch green onions
4 tablespoons oil

 

Preparation :
Sift the flour with the salt, add the sesame oil and pour the hot water in a thin stream.
Knead a pliable dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut green onions and add salt to taste.
When you take out the cooled dough, roll it out and grease it with oil. Then distribute the onion evenly and roll it into 12 equal pieces.
Clap each of them with the palm of your hand and roll out a little thin (about 12-15 centimeters in diameter).
Heat the sunflower oil and fry the bread in it until golden on both sides. Place the prepared ones on paper to drain off the excess fat.


Serve hot.
