Required products :
200 grams of flour
150 grams of cottage cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
150 grams of broccoli
1 zucchini
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon thyme
80 grams of cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream

basil to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Make dough from cottage cheese and other products (excluding vegetables). Roll it out, giving it a round shape and put it in a pan with a diameter of about 28 cm. Pre-grease the bottom and walls with oil. Bake the base of the pizza for 5 minutes.
Stuffing: put the broccoli briefly in boiling salted water, cut the zucchini into pieces and leeks into circles. Fry the zucchini and leeks in olive oil, add the crushed garlic, thyme, salt and stir.
