How To Cook Green Salad With Chicken And Lemon Dressing - Recipe

Required products :

for lemon dressing :

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

for the salad :

  • 1 lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, shredded
  • 4 pieces of bacon, fried and crushed

* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.

Method of preparation :

Pour all the ingredients for the lemon dressing into a jar, close with a lid, shake and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Divide the lettuce into 4 serving plates, garnish with avocado, boiled eggs, chicken, tomatoes and crispy bacon. Season with dressing and serve.
