How To Cook Green Salad With Chicken Fillet, Mushrooms And Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of iceberg lettuce, arugula, lettuce or other suitable leaves
  • 200-300 grams of chicken fillet (canned tuna)
  • 250-300 grams of canned mushrooms
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 70 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 150 grams of mayonnaise
  • green onions, parsley, dill

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the fillet in salted water for 15 minutes. When cool, cut into medium pieces and fry in oil until golden brown.

Drain the liquid from the can, cut the mushrooms if necessary (in case they are small, leave them whole).

Cut hard-boiled eggs, grate potatoes and yellow cheese.

Finely chop the green spices, mix them with mayonnaise, you can add garlic powder and ground black pepper.

Mix the products and serve the salad with the sauce or see an arrangement idea.

Cut half of the leaves you will use, leave the rest whole and cover the bottom of the plate with them. Cover them with a layer of potatoes, which you spread with aromatic mayonnaise.

Followed by chicken, shredded leaves, eggs, mushrooms and finally put the sauce. Finish the salad with grated yellow cheese and you can decorate with olives, roses of boiled carrots, tomatoes, onion rings, fresh green spices or anything else of your choice.
