Cut the zucchini into thin straws without peeling it (choose a young vegetable with a thin and non-dense skin). Add the finely chopped garlic clove, a little lemon juice and salt. Leave for five minutes, during which time cut the cucumber into straws.
Chop lettuce, sorrel, celery leaves, parsley and dill. If desired, you can add green onions or leeks.
Mix all vegetables and greens, season with olive oil.
Peel the pre-cooked eggs, cut them and put in the salad.
Enjoy your meal!
