How To Cook Green Salad With Zucchini, Sorrel And Boiled Eggs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Green salad with zucchini, sorrel and boiled eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 zucchini
  • sorrel connection
  • 1 bunch dill and parsley
  • clove of garlic or more
  • celery to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • onion head
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 cucumber

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the zucchini into thin straws without peeling it (choose a young vegetable with a thin and non-dense skin). Add the finely chopped garlic clove, a little lemon juice and salt. Leave for five minutes, during which time cut the cucumber into straws.

Chop lettuce, sorrel, celery leaves, parsley and dill. If desired, you can add green onions or leeks.

Mix all vegetables and greens, season with olive oil.

Peel the pre-cooked eggs, cut them and put in the salad.

Enjoy your meal!
