Learn how to cook "Green sauce with arugula for meat and fish". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
50 grams of arugula leaves
12-15 basil leaves
1.5 tablespoon pine nuts
10-12 sprigs of parsley (leaves only)
1 small head red onion
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
5-6 tablespoons olive
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash all the leaves and place them on paper to dry. Then chop them.
Peel and chop the onion in bulk.
Mix all products and grind with a blender.
If you deem it necessary, use more olive oil. Add salt to taste to the sauce and you can now serve it as an addition to fried meat or fish.
