Required products :

  • 1 lettuce, well washed and cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 date, halved
  • 4 tangerines, freshly squeezed
  • 1 banana, sliced ​​in bulk
  • 1 carrot, chopped in bulk
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger / about 1.5 centimeters /, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 tea cup ice cubes

For garnish :

  • hemp seed
  • fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation :
