Required products :
1-2 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
1 parsnip root
1 parsley root
50 grams celery
1 stalk leek
parsley
100-150 grams frozen spinach
juice of 1 lemon a
handful of rice
oil
salt
Method of preparation :
Cut the vegetables and roots into small cubes and sauté in oil until golden.
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and pour the rice into it. Then add the vegetable stuffing, spinach and cook the products for 10 minutes on low heat.
Season the soup with lemon juice, season with chopped parsley and salt to taste.
