Required products :

  • 250 grams of ready-made dough (kneaded with yeast)
  • 450 - 500 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions (about 150 grams)
  • 1 bunch parsley (about 100 grams)
  • 150 milliliters of cream with a fat content of about 15 - 20%
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • a pinch of sugar
  • black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the green onions and parsley. Add the crushed garlic, cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything well.

Take a detachable baking dish (diameter 28 cm), grease the bottom with oil. Give the dough a circle shape and distribute it in the form, lifting at the edges, forming a "high fence".

Beat the eggs, add a pinch of sugar, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper. Pour the cream and beat everything briefly. Spread the filling on the dough and flatten. Spread the egg mixture evenly on top and fold the edges inwards.

Put the pie to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.

Wait 10-15 minutes before removing it from the mold. It is delicious both hot and cold.
