How To Cook Grilled Chicken, Arugula And Fig Salad With Nut Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 100 grams of fresh arugula
  • 400 grams of chicken breast
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil and lemon juice to taste
  • 50 grams of fresh figs

 

for the sauce

 

  • 100 grams of raw porridge
  • 100 grams of yogurt
  • 50 milliliters of water
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the meat in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Heat a grill or grill pan and bake it on both sides.

Cool the meat, spread the arugula in two plates and garnish with chopped figs. Cut the meat finely and spread it on the greens.

Put the nuts in a blender, add the water and beat until smooth. Add yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic clove. Beat once more and garnish the salad with the resulting sauce. Serve and enjoy the taste.
