How To Cook Grilled Chicken Skewers Wrapped In Grilled Bacon - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1-2 raw red peppers, peeled
  • 10-12 washed and cleaned chicken rods
  • black pepper, salt and cumin
  • lemon juice and soy sauce to taste
  • 100 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • several wooden skewers
  • 1 onion, cut into quarters
  • vegetables of your choice for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a large bowl, place diced peppers, onions, add the grits and season with salt, cumin, black pepper, lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir and leave the mixture to cool for an hour.

Wrap the stalks in a slice of bacon, string on wooden skewers and alternate with vegetables. Heat a grill and bake them on all sides until done.

Wash, dry the vegetables you have selected (tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini) and grill them. Serve the roasted skewers garnished with vegetables.
