How To Cook Grilled Chicken Wings In Tomato Sauce With Garlic And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of chicken wings
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
oil

For the marinade sauce:

3 cm fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic
2 small onions
1 cup good quality ketchup or tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 / 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

Method of preparation :

Grind the ginger together with the garlic and onion. Add ketchup or tomato paste, pour broth, vinegar, soy sauce. Add honey, sauce and mix everything well. Pour the marinade over the wings, stir and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Then dry with paper and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Bake them on a grill, which you have previously greased with plenty of oil.
Turn the wings periodically and spread the marinade over them. Pour the remaining amount into a suitable container and put on medium heat. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes after boiling, stirring constantly.

Serve the wings with the aromatic sauce.
