Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of chicken meat (legs, wings)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dark balsamic vinegar
  • 50 milliliters of beer
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry the meat and cut it into portions. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and blanch the legs for 10 minutes. Drain, cool and season with pepper and cumin to taste.

In another bowl, pour the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, beer, olive oil and honey. Heat the mixture, cook until reduced and remove from the heat. Once cooled, dip the meat in the sauce, heat the grill and bake it evenly on all sides. Serve warm, garnished with the remaining sauce.
