Required products :
2 cobs corn
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 grams smoked cheese
3 cloves garlic
30 grams butter a
few basil leaves
Method of preparation :
Coat the corn with olive oil and grill for about 15 minutes, turning constantly on all sides.
Using a blender, grind the smoked cheese together with the butter and peeled garlic cloves until smooth.
Once you remove the cobs from the grill, spread them with the aromatic combination, sprinkle with finely chopped basil and serve immediately.
