Flounder fillet is fragrant and requires nothing more than salt, pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice for flavoring. Prepare it and enjoy it.

Required products :

  • 4 fillets of flounder, without skin
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices of lemon

Method of preparation :

Turn on the grill to heat to a high temperature.

Dry the flounder fillets with a paper towel and let them stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Then spread them on both sides with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for about 5 minutes on each side on a greased grill with the lid closed.

Put the fillets on a plate and leave to cool for 5 minutes, then squeeze the lemon slices on them and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Optionally, garnish with lettuce, cherry tomatoes and lemon slices.
