How To Cook Grilled Focaccia And Vegetable Sandwich - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sandwich with focaccia and grilled vegetables". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 red kamba, sliced
  • 2 zucchini - green and red, cut into slices 1 cm thick
  • 1 red onion, cut into slices
  • 2 slices of focaccia bread (about 10 cm)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (feta)

Method of preparation :

Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and lemon juice, cover with foil and put in the fridge.

Heat the grill.

Coat the vegetables on each side with olive oil.

Put them on the grill and bake them for about 3-5 minutes, turn them over and grease them again with olive oil. Remove from heat.

Use a knife to split the focaccia to make 2 flat loaves.

Spread them on the cut side with mayonnaise, sprinkle generously with feta cheese and grill for a few minutes (with the spread side up).

Spread the vegetables on each focaccia and serve.
