Necessary products :

  • 1 large head of Beijing cabbage < br> 3/4 teaspoon rice (dry) 
  • 300-350 grams canned corn 
  • 1/2 teaspoon peeled peanuts 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill 
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • salt to taste 
  • ketchup or other serving sauce

 

Preparation:

Separate the cabbage leaves and scald them for 1 minute with boiling water. Then remove from the water, let cool, and cut the thick parts.
Boil the rice, wash it. Roast the peanuts.
Make the filling, mixing rice with corn (drained from the liquid), chopped dill, and crushed or chopped peanuts. Add salt to taste.

Spread the stuffing on the cabbage leaves (1 tablespoon) and form Carmi. Arrange them on a well-greased grill and bake until done. You can also use a pan for this purpose, and then bake briefly in the oven.
