Method of preparation:
In a bowl, pour olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and water. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, pistachios, fresh onion, parsley, mint and coriander.
Stir the resulting mixture and cool. Remove the meat, season on both sides with salt, pepper, cumin and dip in a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Heat a grill and bake the chops until done. Put in a plate, pour the nut sauce and serve warm.
