How To Cook Gris Semolina With Apples And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 milliliters of milk
  • 60 - 100 grams of semolina
  • 60 - 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 apple
  • 30 - 50 grams of butter
  • cinnamon to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the sugar and semolina (this will boil the porridge without forming lumps), bring the milk to a boil. When this happens, reduce the heat and, stirring constantly, pour the dry mixture, add the butter. Let everything boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Peel an apple, remove the core with the seeds, grate the fruit finely and add it to the mash (it should be stirred all the time). Let it boil for another minute, then remove the pan from the heat and stir for another 1-2 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
