Required products :

600 milliliters of warm water

2 tablespoons strong black tea

3 - 5 tablespoons brown sugar

3 cloves

3 grains of black pepper

6 stars anise

grated cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Bay leaf

1 bottle of rum

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into a suitable container, place on the stove and when it boils, add the tea and spices. Then pour the rum. Wait for the mixture to boil and immediately remove from the heat. Close the container with a lid and let it stand for 10-15 minutes.

Serve the drink hot.
